Being a Psychologist has been my dream career since childhood, so I am passionate and committed to my profession and my job. I consider it is important for the consultants to learn about the process they will be taken part of, so it is easier to understand what they are going through and how the therapy will develop. I will also provide you with tools, techniques and materials so you can eventually apply them independently when it’s needed. We will work together towards the goals you decide to set, aiming for a better life quality and wellbeing.
My education within Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and my personal experiences allow me to connect and comprehend the disorders and situations from an effective and efficient way. This kind of therapy aims to understand and treat the issues in a way that the patient itself is an active part of the process from the start.
I understand that sometimes it can be hard to start the psychotherapy process, and it is crucial to feel comfortable and have a good relationship with your therapist.
