In this sense, we can create a space where you can feel safe to explore what causes you pain, what blocks you, and regain your ability to feel your own boundaries, your wants and needs, and to live more fully.
I believe that people are born with the resources and ability to be in rewarding contact and lead a satisfying, creative life. However, often during childhood something interrupts this process and a person becomes stuck in fixed patterns and beliefs about themselves and the world. Together, in this safe space, we can explore ways of freeing ourselves.
