I offer (cross-cultural) couples therapy and individual coaching/ counseling. In coaching, me and you together, we tear down inner walls that are putting you under stress and that have been preventing you from achieving your life goals. In couples therapy, we focus on creating new bonding situations and on regulating your nervous systems with a polyvagal approach. We also focus problem-solving skills as a couple as well as conflict communications.
In individual coaching, I use process and embodiment-focused psychology (PEP). It's useful in strengthening braveness (at work, in private, in specific situations) and building up a strong self-worth. Plus Somato-Biohacks: Change lies in well-being. -In couples therapy, I combine Emotion-Focused Therapy for Couples (EFT) techniques and elements of CBT.
I am a cross-cultural psychologist with a cross cultural background myself, with study experiences abroad (Australia, Korea). My masters thesis compared mental illnesses as social anxiety, depression and psychosomatic issues in Korea and Germany. In private I focus on my family, healthy lifestyle and travelling.
