Kris Moore, Counsellor, BPhil, MA. Providing creative, dynamic counselling to individuals and couples in an inclusive safe space, since 2018. Through a series of exploratory questions and answers, we will develop a picture of your relationship biography, your current situation and your future visions and desires. By gaining new perspectives on patterns in your relationships, you will begin to understand why and how you function the way you do. And through this new way of seeing and understanding, we will find ways to set things in motion so that you have options to move in new directions.
Kris specializes in emotionally focused therapy, relationship counselling, nervous system regulation, positive psychology, and mind/body centered therapy. Her main goal is to encourage her clients to become emotionally-secure, self-reflected individuals who say yes! to embracing healthy, strong relationships built on openness, trust and physical tenderness.
