In my private practice, I provide a safe, confidential space for client focused therapy and for couples counselling. Therapy is a personal and individual process of growth. Through dialogue and the shared exploration of your life, you may find relief from recurring problems allowing you to live more fully. My work with clients is based on a trusting and safe relationship. I hold an MSc in Integrative Psychotherapy from Middlesex University, London and a Diploma in Integrative Psychodynamic Counselling from Metanoia Institute in London.
I draw on multiple perspectives to work with issues from the past that have not yet been addressed, to explore current relational struggles in your personal and professional world, and to explore concerns relating to your future.
Cost per Session: Up to 150 CHF for individual therapy (50 minutes) and up to 225 CHF for couples therapy (75 minutes)
