I am a solution-focused clinical hypnotherapist and professional counsellor, and I have been helping people overcome personal struggles since 2016. I specialise in supporting people with anxiety, panic attacks, low self-esteem, and autoimmune conditions. I have a particular affinity to working with teenagers, after overcoming debilitating panic attacks and low self-esteem as an adolescent myself. All ages are welcome!
