NOTE: I am currently unable to accept new clients and my waitlist is closed. For all my clients I offer an open, non-judgmental space in which to share and feel heard. In therapy, we can explore your experience and make sense of it in a meaningful way. Perhaps you’re caught in a negative cycle that seems to never change. The past could be triggering you in the present, leaving you feeling confused and out of control. Whatever your struggle is I offer my understanding, support, and expertise while we work together to swiftly help you find the relief you both want and deserve.
Every client is unique and that's why I work integratively. With each individual I adapt my methods by combining ACT, guided imagery, body centering, and multiple trauma focused modalities. This means I provide tools to help you shift the ways you think, feel, and behave, while we also work to unearth and release the core issues that are keeping you stuck.
