I am an experienced psychologist specialized in providing individual and couple counseling to expats, immigrants, intercultural couples and international souls, living in Zürich, and around the world. Several studies, and my own professional and personal experience, indicate that despite what you might gain from building a life in a country that offers more possibilities and opportunities on various levels; these potentially positive sides are also accompanied by losses, vulnerabilities and various potentially traumatic experiences, particularly challenging for those with a background already marked by neglect, abuse or violence.
I offer an integrative and holistic approach to individual and couple counseling (AEDP, IFS, EMDR & EFT) that is evidenced-based, experiential, relational, brain-, emotion- and body-focused since latest research has shown that merely talking about or having insight about our problems doesn't change them.
With my experience, knowledge, international and intercultural background and training; as well as, a warm, authentic, engaged and empathic stance, I will be there for you and with you on your healing journey as an individual or as a couple.
