We offer short wait-times and sliding scale based on family income. Family dynamics, relationships and life’s challenges can be difficult; therefore, our skilled therapists are here to help you navigate whatever you are going through. At Regesh we teach personal control management not only for anger, but also frustration and stress. What distinguishes our anger management program is that it helps you address not just the behaviour, but also the emotions that created it. Our program is based on the theory of the direct correlation between our thoughts, self-esteem and personal control. As your personal control is enhanced, you will feel increased confidence, and will be able to resolve conflict in all areas of your life. In turn, you will improve your school or professional work by making better decisions. Child Therapy
We provide a safe therapeutic environment in which children can openly express their feelings and learn ways to cope better. Interventions are selected and adapted to fit the child’s age, interests, and treatment needs. We work with children individually and in family therapy, and we offer parent consultation. We provide services to children aged 4-16 coping with issues such as: anxiety, ADHD, grief, poor self-esteem, bullying, abuse, trauma, and difficulties adjusting to a significant change (such as moving, starting at a new school, birth of a sibling).
