We’re a clinical therapy practice, offering confidential mental health counselling and support to individuals, couples and families in New Brunswick. No one should have to work through their challenges alone. Our team is here to listen and provide support to people of all ages, in-person or virtually, to help navigate challenges you are experiencing. Our goal is to assist you in leading a healthy and empowered life.
As mental health professionals, we strive to reduce the barriers and stigma associated with mental health care. We are proud to offer a variety of services at our clinic to ensure we reach each person in need in an attempt to break down financial and other barriers to getting help.
No insurance? No problem! We offer Low-cost & FREE Friday therapy programs - in-person & virtual - so everyone can get the help they need. Our skilled and educated Counselling Interns provide this therapy for those with financial barriers to getting mental health care. We work hard every day to break down the barriers to accessing mental health care in New Brunswick. We offer virtual and in-person sessions.
