Our therapists have diverse training backgrounds of psychology, social work, marriage and family therapy, and psychiatric nursing. We offer individual therapy, couples therapy, and family therapy services. and experience in the assessment and treatment of mental health challenges, as well as specific training in trauma treatment and evidence-based trauma approaches. They provide treatment for ADHD, ASD, PTSD, as well as various anxiety disorders and mood disorders. They also provide treatment for more every day problems, including relationships, stress, self-confidence, assertiveness, communication skills, grief and loss, as well as life transitions. Our professionals utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities to meet your needs, including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Dialectic Behaviour Therapy (DBT) skills training, among others.
