All of You Wellness Centre clinicians believe in a picture of wellness which incorporates the whole person and begins with mental health. Our model is one of "creative and supported self-discovery". This means that we focus on the empowerment of individuals, couples, families, teams, and organizations to overcome barriers and transcend their current situation by building on the inherent strengths of each individual. All of You Wellness Centre is comprised of a diverse network of clinicians, who exchange insight to best support you in your holistic and creative self discovery. Our network of clinicians include psychotherapists, career counsellors, life coaches, yoga teachers, masseuses, hypnotists, reiki practitioners, and pastoral counsellors. Whether you are seeking therapy as an individual, couple, family, group, or business – we have you covered. Note that this program is only available for: individuals 18+, during day time hours, under the care of supervised student therapists. If you are interested in emailing us to apply for our reduced services program, please include a short description of the concern that you would like to address in therapy, specify your language preference (English, Farsi, or Mandarin available), and confirm that you are willing to work with a supervised student.
