My specializations include: Anxiety, depression, grief, trauma (including domestic violence), life transition (separation/divorce), workplace issues (including workplace harassment, racism, discrimination), return to work, immigration/integration. I offer individual and couples counselling.
I have personal experience overcoming anxiety, stress and trauma and am able to empathize with you and share my own strategies in successfully dealing with these symptoms and situations. I also work with other mental health practitioners/specialists (e.g. Doctors, Psychiatrists, psychiatric nurses), enabling holistic and comprehensive care.
