I provide Individual Therapy for Adolescents and Adults to treat Mood and Anxiety Disorders, Relationship Issues, Life and Career Transitions, Addiction, and Emotion Dysregulation. I have advanced training in Dialectical Behavior Therapy and have practiced in residential, intensive outpatient, and outpatient clinic settings.
I utilize an eclectic theoretical approach to therapy. I draw from Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Cognitive-Behavioral, Psychodynamic, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Emotionally-focused approaches to cater to each client's unique needs. I also practice Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) and Prolonged Exposure (PE) for those who meet criteria for PTSD.
