I offer ongoing in-person and online counselling services to individuals/couples/families from all backgrounds and demographics from a comfortable office centrally located in Calgary, AB. I understand that seeking counselling services can be intimidating. My goal is to make this important step less difficult and I honour the strength it takes to seek support.
Therapy, at its core, is a relationship between you and me. We both bring something to the relationship. I bring my specialized training, knowledge, compassionate heart and listening ear, while you bring yourself. The therapeutic journey helps clients become aware of their resiliency, and their deeper emotions, and helps to find New Hope.
