Therapy is more about the relationship than the method, and this has been proven by research. I will apply my knowledge and expertise to help you navigate your psychological, emotional and relational issues with care. I have been helping people for over a decade in various capacities. I adopt an eclectic approach to therapy which includes CBT, Solution-Focused and Rogerian. I am trained in administering EMDR for trauma. Some clients prefer an approach where the therapist directs the session, others prefer to lead themselves. Furthermore, my unique personal journey has equipped me to understand the various complexities of Trauma/PTSD
