I have 12+ years of experience, have undergone numerous trainings, and has truly developed my passion and skills for working with adults and adolescents experiencing trauma impacts, anxiety, depression, general mental health, sexual and domestic violence, neglect, substance abuse, grief/loss and spiritual challenges.
My spiritually-integrated approach to counselling is integrated with ideas and practices of Narrative Therapy, AEDP (Accelerated Experiential-Dynamic Psychotherapy), Existential Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy, Emotion-Focused Therapy, CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy) and Internal Family Systems Therapy.
My goals in counselling are to encourage and co-create with people the life transformation they wish to see within themselves and the world around them. I believe that counselling is a shared process in which my role is to journey alongside each person, providing them with the support, compassion and psycho-educational tools to find clarity.
