I specialize in learning about the root of the issue, helping you become more aware of what helps and what hinders healing, what leads you towards or away from the life you want to live, and learning how to address triggers, avoidance, unwanted behaviours, fears and worries.
It takes great strength to reach out for help and acknowledge the need for change as It can also be difficult doing this alone and hard to know where to start.
