As a Registered Clinical Psychologist, I have years of experience to help you develop skills and resiliency to cope with difficulties in life. I work with adults (age 19+) and older adults (age 65+) and provide treatment for a wide range of issues, including stress, depression, anxiety, PTSD, caregiving stress, and sleep. In my practice, I strive to create a safe space that is free of judgment and build a collaborative, trusting relationship.
I personalize treatment to each individual's needs and use a number of evidence-based therapies, including Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy, Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Interpersonal Psychotherapy, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing, and Internal Family Systems.
My practice in Coldbrook is private, peaceful, and welcoming, with enough room for physical distancing. I also offer sessions over telephone and secure video.
