If you are looking for that "safe place" to share without judgment or criticism, look no further. I know first-hand how difficult it can be to open up to someone about life's most private issues and challenges - as well as how much relief and peace can come after doing so. Whether you desire to quickly resolve a current issue or obstacle, or hope to identify and overcome some deeper, longer-standing issues that are preventing a full and satisfying life, together we can help you get there with YOU as expert of your own life!
For over 20 years, I have been providing culturally-sensitive individual, couple, and family therapy to women, men, and LGBTQ2S+ persons — from youth to elderly. I have experience with issues ranging from daily stressors to recent or historical trauma - often identifying imbalances in one's spiritual, mental, physical, and emotional worlds.
Since 2001, I have had the privilege of supporting the urban Indigenous community, including extensive experience working with Residential School and 60s Scoop Survivors, as well as intergenerational family members. Additionally, my experience includes diverse populations apart from, as well as within, this community.
