We will celebrate our 10 year anniversary this year! Founded by Dr. Amanda Beaman (see profile photo) in 2014, we have grown to a team of 18 clinicians from multiple disciplines, to address the diversity of presenting concerns today. We try our best to match you with the best clinician for your needs, whether you require a formal diagnosis or are seeking counseling for mild concerns. We provide therapy for all ages, as well as psycho-educational, developmental, and socio-emotional assessments for children and adolescents. We welcome all, and if we can't find a fit for you we can provide you with referral options.
Our experienced team offers therapy for concerns with children, youth, and adults such as anxiety, depression, GAD, stress management, insomnia, relationship issues, OCD, PTSD, marital difficulties, learning difficulties, child behavioural issues, ADHD/ADD, Autism, social anxiety, and grief. We also provide help for skin-picking and hair-pulling.
We are proud to have served the Vaughan community over the past decade. We firmly believe in the power of listening. We know it is often hard to take the first step to reach out for help. We are here to listen to you and guide you to the best solution. Call or email for more information. You can also book a phone consultation online via our website.
