Traditional talk therapies are not the only way to explore your story, and I often use sand play, art, storytelling, journaling, metaphor and imagery to reach a deeper understanding.
My approach is eclectic and holistic, using a wide variety of techniques such as Gestalt, Expressive Therapy, CBT, Solution Focus, Family Systems & others. I have over 30 years of experience as a clinician working in a variety of areas including, mental health, addictions, relationships, personal growth and life transitions.
