I have lived experience being queer & AuDHD, I aim to support you in exploring self, your relationships, move from understanding, to processing & unburdening the past and move toward healing. I centre the topics you bring, while affirming fluidity & queering my therapy lens'. I have vast experience supporting individuals & couples move through challenges such as non-monogamy, sexuality, spirituality, gender, attachment, intimacy, infidelity, trauma, communication & trust.
I believe we are all multifaceted and offer a space free of judgement; I value calling in (rather than calling out), to support your reflections & growth. I draw from IFS, Attachment, Psychodynamic, EFT & DBT Approaches to therapy.
