I am a Registered Social Worker, a mother, a community member, and most importantly a helper at heart. My style of counselling is tailored to what will work best for you. I practice using trauma-informed, anti-oppressive, and intersectional lenses. When accessing my counselling services you can be assured of a safe, non judgmental environment.
I am currently offering EMDR therapy, which is very helpful for those who have experienced distressing events in their life, for those who have anxiety or difficulty functioning in their daily life.
