I am a Registered Psychotherapist with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO) and I provide virtual therapy services to individuals and couples as well as sex therapy in conjunction with Ontario Sex Therapy clinic. Specialties include: Issues related to sex and sexuality, including exploration, shame, problems with orgasm, and issues involving erectile difficulties; relationship issues, including designing & defining your relationship structure, navigating trust, and communication; and life transitions, such as aging, navigating life after existing in formal educational structures, divorce/breakups, and death.
I graduated from the University of Toronto's Master of Education in Counselling and Psychotherapy program and completed the Intensive Sex Therapy program at the University of Guelph as well as training and clinical supervision in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT), Internal Family Systems therapy (IFS), and sex therapy.
I believe in the capacity for therapy to facilitate individual and interpersonal transformation and expansion. To be understood and cared for while moving through vulnerable periods of life is part of the call of a therapeutic relationship. I hope that therapy with me is clarifying, empowering and warm.
