I'm a Registered Psychotherapist with 10+ years experience working in individual and group settings. I specialize in psychoeducation, early intervention, and treatment for substance use, concurrent disorders, and general mental health. I'm currently employed at The Royal Ottawa Mental Health Centre working with adolescents in the Early Intervention Program.
I believe that a compassionate and non-judgmental approach is vital for building rapport and trust between us.
