There can be times in our lives when things don't seem to be going well. If you are feeling stuck or are experiencing depression, anxiety, grief, relationship problems, life transitions, or trauma I would like to help. I use a variety of methods and techniques to find the best fit in helping clients meet their goals. I have been in this field for 22 years and have found that what is important is for clients to feel that they are not judged, and that they feel heard in a place where they feel safe to explore how they experience their lives.
I have training and experience in Accelerated Resolution Therapy, a method that is used for a variety of issues including PTSD. I also have training and experience in Hakomi Therapy, a body-centered mindfulness practice. Besides these I use CBT and Solution Focus therapy. I use my training and experience to work collaboratively with clients.
It can be hard to ask for help. The first session is a big step. Clients might be a bit nervous and not know what to expect. I endeavor to create an atmosphere of hope and by working together it is possible to make the changes you are looking for in your life. It starts with a call.
