I look forward to giving you the tools to help you take your life back.
You don't need to be ashamed of your feelings anymore. I create a non-judgmental space, where we explore what's underneath those overwhelming emotions. My goal is to give you the tools to carry with you, so that you can transform your pain. I help you to identify patterns/ thoughts that are impacting your behavior and keeping your stuck.
