Relational therapy is a process that supports mental and emotional healing, self-discovery, and interpersonal wellness. I work with individuals and couples, 18+, using a relational approach. My practice is rooted in anti-oppression and interconnection. Areas of focus include but are not limited to family dynamics, life transitions, queer and trans identities, neurodivergence, body liberation, trauma, anxiety, and depression.
