I think addressing the whole individual (mind, body, and soul) is imperative to healing. For those who prefer, I am willing to discuss existential questions like “Who am I?, What is my life’s purpose?, What is my mission in life?” While sitting with me we can explore your connection with a Higher Power(God, Mother Earth, The Universe etc.)
I have been working with folks for 30 + years and held many roles. Presently, my area of focus is anxiety, depression, grief, relationship challenges and life transitions. We can explore using existential, compassionate/wisdom focused and mindfulness tools. Using evidence-based strategies like CBT, ACT, CPT I will help you strengthen your coping strategies.
