My passion is to help you awaken joy and enliven your life! If you experience depression, anxiety, trauma, low self-esteem, grief/loss, or financial/career stress, then feeling good can be very hard. Healing is often in deepening our connections to ourselves, nature, and others, therefore, I work with you to find clarity and understanding and ultimately to build a positive, compassionate relationship to your self. My sessions are warm and welcoming and tailored to support your specific needs.
I specialize in mindfulness-based practices (ACT, MCBT), Control Mastery Theory (CMT), nature therapy and am certified in Trauma Informed Practices. I am deeply honored to do this work and take pride in my integrity and cultural considerations. I offer skill building/techniques alongside talk therapy for optimal wellbeing.
Finding a good match is essential! Therefore I offer a free consultation online to see if we're a good fit and how I can specifically help you with your needs.
