I offer therapy for children, teens, and adults, focusing on anxiety, depression, ADHD, eating disorders, trauma and self-esteem.
My approach to working with children and teens centers on unconditional acceptance and patience—meeting them where they are. I offer a warm and safe space where they can freely share their feelings without judgment, helping them build emotional stability, coping skills, confidence, and better relationships.
When working with adults, I focus on making my clients the priority, actively engaging to make sure they feel both understood and validated. I strive to remain persistent in exploring thought and behavioural patterns and refine the approach until something works!
