My therapeutic approach to care focuses on the impact of thoughts on emotions and behaviours; mindfulness and emotional acceptance and practical ways of coping with life's challenges. My therapeutic orientation includes CBT / cognitive behavioural therapy; solutions focused and mindfulness based therapy.

Helping clients feel better and living a more productive and balanced life is my goal. It may mean adapting to new perspectives, setting healthier boundaries or changing a pattern or behaviour to reach your fullest potential.
