My therapeutic style is integrative and collaborative, meaning I tailor our sessions to your specific goals and needs. I am trained in EMDR (Levels 1 & 2), for processing trauma, and draw from a range of other evidence-based practices to support you. I am trained in Gottman Method Couples Therapy (Levels 1 & 2) which primarily informs my couples work.
I understand that starting therapy can feel daunting. In our sessions, all emotions are welcome and we will move forward at a pace that feels comfortable to you.
