Do you find yourself feeling stressed, overwhelmed and anxious? Longing for a sense of peace, calm, and hope? As a therapist, I consider myself not only an educator and guide, but a fellow human being here to support you where you’re at.
I customize my approach to suit each individual, and it will always remain trauma-informed, compassionate, and inclusive. Some therapeutic approaches I utilize are CBT, somatics, attachment-based, and nervous system focused. My goal is to help you feel confident, educated, empowered, and to help you find understanding in your own unique experience.
