I specialize in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing. My approach is client-centered, using a culturally sensitive, trauma-informed lens. I utilize a blend of evidence-based modalities to fit each client’s individual circumstances.
