Social/Emotional and Life Skills for Children
This group teaches children appropriate social/friendship behaviours, how to recognize and talk about feelings, general coping skills, self-control/self-regulation and kindness/manners. We use art, games, role play, discussion and other strategies to teach and practice a broad set of skills. Parents are kept up to speed with each week's theme and parenting skills are offered simultaneously.

ADHD Treatment Group
Our ADHD groups focus on essential life skills and how to implement them. Depending on the ages of participants, topics may include time estimation and management, organization of time/space/belongings, impulse and attentional control, effective use of agendas/calendars, emotion regulation, communication and social skills. In our popular children's program, parents and children attend separate session but focus on the same weekly topic. A joint activity then takes place at the end. Whether for children, teens or adults, the ADHD groups are always fun and provide a great source of support.

Anxiety Treatment Groups
Anxiety is the most common of all childhood disorders, affecting up to 20% of children; many continue to suffer all their lives. Our 10-week programs for children, teens and adults use cognitive behavioural (CBT) techniques, mindfulness meditation and other evidence-based treatment methods.
