Veronica has a special interest in helping clients heal and move past the early-life experiences, losses throughout life, or occupational stressors that have unwittingly shaped their day-to-day life and relationships with family, friends and partners. Using a trauma-informed and attachment focused lens, Veronica helps clients strengthen their relationship with themselves and with others, helping navigate moments in life where they feel ill-equipped or overwhelmed, when they are noticing negative patterns repeating again and again, or when they are struggling with conflict or communication.
Veronica is an excellent listener and a caring therapist, with eight years' experience working in mental health.
