I also appreciate interventions from Dialectical behaviour therapy (DBT) which is designed to help you manage difficult emotions with acceptance and self-regulating strategies.

I use client-centered and trauma informed approaches and aim to work collaboratively with clients to create and achieve goals. I believe in the importance of collaboration, authenticity and see the value of compassion in the counselling environment.
