I help clients to identify and set meaningful goals and to hold clients accountable for their development and for making progress toward their goals. In this way, I help clients to achieve greater balance, resilience, peace, and success in their lives.
My speciality is counselling youth, adults, and couples. I use an anti-oppressive, solution-focused, and narrative principles to help clients heal from trauma and achieve internal transformation. My approach is authentic and gentle. I tailor my approaches to each client’s unique situation, concerns and emotional needs.
