Understanding Your Anger - Ongoing 3-week Program
ONLINE Anger Management Group : minimum of 4 participants and maximum of 8. Benefits of group therapy include : recognizing that you are not alone, learning from others who are experiencing similar challenges and emotions. Normalization of experiences can help individuals feel understood and supported. Group therapy is cost-efficient. Each group is unique, therefore we will discuss what day/time is best for you and match you with the group that better fits your needs.
