HI there, my name is Valene Rud. I pride my self on the learned teachings, wisdom's and knowledge I have learned throughout my years as a Case Manager. I come to the table with a background in disability services; Autism, ADHD, Developmental Delay NOS, and various psychiatric conditions. I served the Province of Manitoba and it's citizens for nearly a decade in this role. Previously, I have experience with mental health, suicide, self-harm, and substance use. In addition, I possess two years of experience in the Family legal arena, pertaining to custody, legality, advocacy and re-building a case.
I am knowledgeable, professional and a safe person to confide in. Over the course of our life, the shapes change and the background can provoke anxieties and depression, however, if we know how to come back to the sacred space within self we can provide the hope, courage, and tenacity to get through difficulty. My position is to walk along your side in this.
Whether there is difficulty in the family occurring, the school setting or dinner time with a partner; I am the person to have on your side. Learning more about these issues will help to serve to bring more of the authentic you back into focus. We all experience hard times, & knowing the place to turn is half of the battle.
