Jeff Markusoff, M.Ed., is an experienced Registered Clinical Counsellor (13297) with the British Columbia Association of Clinical Counsellors (BCACC). I use evidence-based practices to help clients' explore and reach their goals, whether to be a better parent or partner. I have over a decade of experience working in the field of domestic violence and anger management, specializing in supporting clients to understand their triggers to anger and to learn skills in conflict resolution, communication and emotion regulation. Relationships and parenting can be hard, but with awareness, we can make change!

Susan employs a unique and exclusive approach using a blend of psychotherapy and nutrition support  known as Psycho-Nutra-Therapy (PNT). Susan believes that there is a direct relationship between mood disorders and poor or inadequate nutrition. Susan's takes a holistic approach in her client investigation, not only seeking a thorough understanding of her clients emotional needs but also her clients mineral, vitamin and general nutritional deficiencies. Careful attention is given to physiological and psychological symptoms, as well as to nutritional deficiencies that may be affecting and inhibiting her clients' sense of well-being.

I excel at helping clients who are experiencing feeling numb in their life, over think constantly, feel anxious, depressed, like their lives are lacking and unable to change, experienced complicated, traumatic childhoods that have left them hurt, confused and wanting to alter course. I help women who want to understand themselves more, find their voice, to listen to their needs, wants and to finally be able to live a life that feels theirs. I enjoy helping teen girls who are struggling to understand themselves, experiencing tough friendships, hurts and worries learn coping tools for now while working to heal for a new way forward.

Divorce is a challenging time for all family members. For children it can be especially difficult. My philosophical approach when addressing the challenges children face as well as their parents is Two Hearts One Home. If the divorce is high conflict overcoming challenges often require a team approach. The Family Co- Parenting Centre is an association of Independent professionals serving Vancouver, Richmond, Delta and Surrey.
