When you're feeling "stuck" and overwhelmed by challenges, it can be extremely frustrating and disheartening. As you struggle to cope, your relationships and other priorities can suffer, leading to feelings of loneliness and hopelessness. During these times, it is important to have a safe, compassionate space to explore and process issues, identify your own strengths and insights and tap into your own inherent resiliency.
As a Registered Psychotherapist, I have supported many youth and families on their journeys of self-discovery, connection, and healing. I provide support for individuals and couples struggling with parenting issues and help families manage difficult transitions such as divorce and separation.
I strongly believe that when given an opportunity, individuals and families are eager to make changes, re-build relationships, and find a healthier balance in their lives. I would be honoured to provide that opportunity for you and your family.
