My approach will assist you in managing your anxiety, depression and self-esteem. Facing your struggles will empower you and prevent further trauma from occurring. Prior to private practice, I taught addictions and mental health for the Faculty of Social Work and worked as a mental health and trauma therapist for many years. Coping is the key to wellness
