At Turning Point Therapy, we start with you, listening deeply, being curious to understand, and guiding a way through. Our goal is to provide you with attention, compassion, and presence so that you can process traumatic experiences and restore your resilience. Painful experiences will, at times, be in our lives, and when we can tolerate and move through them, life is easier. Experience has shown us that human connection and understanding are the conditions for change. Many of life's struggles are rooted in past or present experiences that leave us disconnected, discouraged, disillusioned, and betrayed.
Our approach is rooted in experiential and relational-oriented somatic therapy. We specialize in trauma, childhood issues, anxiety, PTSD and complex PTSD. We also specialize in couples and relationships. We offer workshops and a weekly process group for those wishing to increase their relational skills.
All our therapists walk this journey with you and continue to explore their own personal growth. We understand that change is hard and that we all need help to unravel the struggles we get stuck in. We know that it is important to find the right person to do this with and we offer a free consultation and several therapists to help you find the right fit.
