It is easy to feel overwhelmed and stressed by our day to day lives This is especially true if we do not have a sense of clarity of our values, what we care about and what contributes to our sense of aliveness and wellbeing? Connecting to our true nature often requires us to slow down and feel what needs to be felt.. As a trauma informed therapist I am aware how traumatic experiences can surface as blocks but also gateways to a deeper expression of ourselves. Using mind-body tools we can explore fears, defences, unhealthy relationship patterns that might prevent you from living your best life.
I believe it is possible to create lives that our enjoyable and sustainable. For each of us that might look and feel differently. Together we will uncover thoughts and feelings that might be keeping you stuck and discover what steps might need to be taken to create what is more aligned with your true nature.
