I meet clients from a place of grounded empathy, care and non-judgment; I specialize in working with adolescents and adults to help them make sense of what they are thinking and feeling. In life, we are often given circumstances that are not ours to hold on to, and I provide clients with a safe, confidential and compassionate space to let go and grow. I believe in taking a non-pathologizing approach to counselling that involves helping clients recognize and utilize their strengths to heal.
I tailor my approach to fit your own needs to work with you on a range of issues, including relationships, emotion regulation, self-worth, life transitions, anxiety and life meaning. I draw on your own life experiences, internal and external resources, and evidence-based interventions from a variety of modalities and frameworks to fit your needs and goals.
