AT NTC, we offer trauma-informed care, and help with trauma, PTSD, anxiety, relationship issues, grief and loss. I work with individuals, teens, preteens, and couples and families. We integrate Faith-based therapy and spiritual worldview in psychotherapy as per client's request.
I am here to meet you where you are at, and to offer support in ways that nurture the kindness, gentleness and compassion in you. I use Emotionally Focused therapy, trauma informed care and the Gottman method with clients to help them build better relationship with themselves and others.
