I specialize in working with women who have experienced trauma, anxiety, anger, parenting, stress, domestic abuse, physical abuse, emotional abuse and sexual abuse. I provide a safe, compassionate and solution-focused process to help you process your experiences so you can move forward in a healthy way!
With my expertise and extensive training, I believe I can help you overcome your symptoms. I have a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology, I'm a certified EMDR clinician, and a certified Trauma Focused-Cognitive Behavioral Therapist. I am registered with the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association (CCPA) as a Canadian Certified Counsellor (CCC)
